When contacting your credit union via email, fax, or telephone there are precautions to take:

  • Never send sensitive information via email. To protect your account always telephone your credit union directly at:

  • Never provide sensitive information via telephone if that person called you. WVUCU will never call you to ask for sensitive account information.
  • Never provide sensitive information via email to anyone sending you email. WVUCU will never email you to ask for sensitive account information.

A: You can contact WVUCU through email in two ways:

1) Use the web form on the contact page and enter your message or inquiry. Complete the fields with your contact information and message and WVUCU will respond in a timely manner.

2) You can email WVUCU directly using the general contact email address: wvucu@wvnet.edu

To protect the safety of your account never send sensitive account information in email.

Loan applications are down-loadable from the home page. Download the loan application and follow the instructions on it. Once you have it completed mail, fax, or drop the loan applications off to the credit union in person.

Used car loan applications are down-loadable from the home page. In order to apply for a used car loan members must additionally apply for a loan. Loan applications are also down-loadable from the home page. Download both applications and follow the instructions on them. Once you have them completed mail, fax, or drop the loan applications off to the credit union in person.
